{et als} Shelby County } Special Term, Feby 16th 1898
{-Minors-} In the matter of the Estate of Willie Byrd and others
{Order cinfirming} minors,
{sale &c} On this day comes Mrs Sallie Byrd, as Guardian
of the persons and estates of the above named minors, and
presents to the Court her report in writing, under
oath, of the sale made by her under the decree of this
Court rendered on the 20th day of December 1897
of the lands of said estate set forth and particularly
described in said decree, and the Court having
examined said report, and being satisfied from the
allegations therein contained and from other good and
sufficient evidence that said sale was duly advertised
according to law, was fairly conducted and that all
the proceedings pertaining thereto were conducted in
strict accordance with the requirements of law and
of the said decree of this Court; that the land sold
for an amount not greatly disproportionate to its real
value; that all the terms of said sale were fully
complied with, and that the purchase money is
sufficiently secured according to the requirements of law,
it is therefore ordered that the report be approved and
recorded. And it is further ordered that the said
sale be and the same is hereby confirmed -- (For
description of land see petition for sale and the report
of said sale) It is further ordered that all of
the papers in this cause be recorded and that the
Guardian pay the costs of this suit for which
let execution issue if necessary.
