by them on the Sewanee
Mountain.

They are also, under their
agreement, bound to make
to the University, a com-
pensation in land for their
proportion of the 1750 acres
of the 5000 acres conveyed
by them to the University
which may be covered by
the Thompson claim, which
would be the quantity of
1396 1/3 acres, & with the
896 acres of Estell's inter-
est in said 5000 acres, to
be provided for, would re-
quire a conveyance from
the Sewanee Mining Com-
pany to the University of the
quantity of 2292 2/3 acres.
