not members of the Com:, present by
special invitation.

On motion, it was
Resolved, That the Reserve marked
on the Map as the Principal Reserve,
consisting of 1030 acres, be reserved
for University purposes.

On motion, it was
Resolved, That all lands between
the [Corso?] & the Bluffs be reserved,
except granted by special permission.
