In returning to you
duly approved the orders for
the Shipment of Certain Articles
to Moreton Bay, which were
[crossed out] (enclosed) [added above] (contained) in the letter of the
22d instant, I am directed
by Mr Wemyss to enclose at the
same time the supplies for
Mr Bates, and to inform you
for the purpose of being carried
to that gentleman, that it
will be necessary to obtain
the recommend'n of the
Comm'g Officer of the Reg't
for any additional Articles
that he may wish to send to
Mr. Bainbrigge ---
