Settlement

Therefore Petitioner Most humbly prays ... Your
Excellency will be graciously pleased
mercifully to grant unto her husband
a Mitigation of Sentence, on the
indulgence of Returning to Head Quarters
in Government, where he might be
enabled to appropriate a Small
Portion of his time (he being a tailor
by trade) to the Support of Petitioner
and her numerous offspring. ............................

And Petitioner as in duty

bound, will ever pray.
