Not precisely so - I think Mr Barnett applied for leave of absence by reason of ill health but only obtained an exchange to a south Coast District.I cannot obtain the papers but see the enclosed copy of a letter on the subject to the Surveyor General 6 Octr Left marginalia (vertical) [...That leave as requested] [...] be granted 8thWL Immediate Sur.
