The Town Council of the Town of Columbia
met persuant to adjournment:
The Mayor being absent the meeting was
called to order by C N Groat:
Roll called and the following answered to their
names. D C Brown, A A Hepler, L Almquist and
C N Groat and J A Kelso clerk:
Moved and 2nd that D C Brown be elected Mayor
pro tem for the evening: carried.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved:
Report of J A Kelso clerk read and referred to
Finance Committee:
Bill of A H Hepler in the sum of $4.45 for groceries
furnished C Cameron during quarentine read:
moved & 2nd that same be allowed and Warrant
ordered on Emergency Fund. Carried:
No further business Council Adjourned

filed with the clerk, their Oath of Office
as follows, C F Reeves Mayor
present C Cameron, Thad Osgood, A A Hepler
and D C Brown:
