The Town Council of the Town of
Columbia met persuant to adjournment
Mayor Reeves called meeting to order
Roll Called and following members present
D C Brown, T Osgood, A A Hepler, L S Chase and
C Cameron
Minutes of last regular and
adjourned meetings read and approved.
Report of finance Committee read and
accepted and recommendations in
report referred to Attorney and Water
Committee.
Committee on Attorney Bond not ready to
report.
On motion Council ordered a committee
of the whole and examined Attorney's Bond
And on motion the said Bond was approved
and ordered placed on File:
Attorney report favorable on Bonds of
the Clerk, Treasurer and Police Judge
And on Motion the several Bonds
were approved and ordered places
on file.
The Clerk and Attorney who were appointed
a committee the look into and ascertain
whether Bonds for $4000 could be sold.

the report was accepted and com-
mittee discharges:
Committee on Street report progress
on walk:
On motion the Treasurer was authorized
to transfer $10.00 from the General to
the Emergency Fund:
Committee on Streets was authroized
to purchase lumber and draw warrant
on Emergency Fund for balance of
Lumber and proceed to lay walk
forthwith and have the labor done
and recpt for Poll Tax on same.
