I have expended about
$2000.00 in improvements on the
property and now the police
are raiding and prohibiting
any woman from using the
premises for conducting the
business with which they
are making their living. I
call your attention to the fact
that the place is as isolated
as the locality in which they
are premitted to live undis-
turbed, and that it is only
Justice to me that my place
be as well privileged or that
they be compelled to vacate
the quarters in which they
now occupy, known as "White
Chapel."

I would respectfully
ask that you examine into
these statements I have made
and I believe that you will
act with consistancy [sic] in
the matter and will restrain
all or will release my property
from unjust restraint.
