To the Mayor and Common Coun-
cil of the City of Seattle
The
undersigned respectufully petitions
your honorable body for leave
to build, operate and maintain a
standard and narrow guage rail-
road either single or double track on
the north line of King Street
between Commercial and Second
Streets and the contract and maintain
for the operation of said road
a trestle over second and com-
mercial streets subject to such
restrictions as your honorable body
may impose.
