I have examined the premises referred
to in this complaint and find it
to be slops flowing from a Chinese Wash
House. There is no sewer on Yesler Ave
or this Property to connect to, and the
slops and filth from the Laundry flows
over the gravel and runs down and along
under the sidewalk, creating a very
Dangerous Nuisance which cannot be
abated by digging Cess Pool or receptacle
in the ground. There are several laundries
located in the City of Seattle where there
are no sewerage connection all of
which are a public nuisance and
a menace to the health of the neighbors
in their immediate locations.
