Dear Sir, We will attempt to recast bell now
in Engine House # 2 on the following conditions
that if successful, the city shall buy the new
bell and pay for it the sum of Fifty Dollars, and
if not successful the city shall stand the loss of
metal and we will stand the expense fo melting, casting
etc.
