To the Hon. Mayor and Common Council
of the City of Seattle,

Gentlemen:-

The undersigned, Pacific Electric Light Company, hereby agrees
to furnish electric lights for use in the different houses of the
Fire Department at the following rates:

16 candle power lights $ 1.50 per month for each lamp, less

20% for 50 or more lamps, and 15% for less than 50 lamps.

Also to install the same for $1.50 per lamp.

The following houses are within reach of the lines of this
Company, Main & Ninth, Columbia & Seventh, Third & Pine and Battery & Fourth.
