Mayor and Common Council Gentlemen:- The undersigned, Pacific Electric Light Company, hereby agrees 16 candle power lights $ 1.50 per month for each lamp, less 20% for 50 or more lamps, and 15% for less than 50 lamps. Also to install the same for $1.50 per lamp.
