having passed its 3rd reading was passed
by the following vote In Favor: Bogardus, Korn
Miller, Pontius, Wald, Wilcox, Holbrook
snyder mr Presodent against none
Sent to the H of D for concurrent action.
Cummunication from the H of D stating
B of A bill No 7 (special) had passed
on full vote as amended: Amendment read
and concurred by B of A and bill signed
by President and returned to H of D for
signature of their president.
Alderman Wilcox chairman of the Street
Light Committee protested against paying
car fare when obliged to go and inves-
tigate the necessity of lights as asked for
by petitioners On motion by Wald Same be
referred to Salary Committee. Carried
Sealed proposals for City Printing were
introduced and on motion were laid over until
next meeting! Carried
Motion made to adjourn until Thursday
