grading of and the construction of sidewalks on both sides of
Pike Street from the alley between 3rd & 4th Streets to the
west side of 8th Street. Adopted.

opening of 7th Street from Pike Street to the city limits. Adopted
and Street Commissioner is hereby instructed to open the
same.
