tion of a sidewalk on South 3rd Street & recommending the
granting of said petition upon the conditions that siad
petitioner make all necessary arrangements with the
contractors. Adopted.

& Wharf in Seneca Street.
Ordered that said petitoners be & they are hereby gran-
ted the right to construct a tank in Seneca Street under the
supervision of the Street Commissioner.
