for a new Hook & Ladder Truck recommending that
the petition be granted and suitable Hook &Ladder
Truck purchased the price and pattern to be sub-
mitted to the Council for its approval.

& Others asking that Ordinance No 549 be so amended
as to exclude that part of the City South of the South
line of Mill Street and East of the alley between
Commercial and South Second Street from thefire limits
onmotion the petition and report is referred back

Minick forpayment of services rendered by said
Minick a Sepcial olice officers. Granted & Clerk
directed to draw a warrant in favor of same
for the sum of Thirty Seven & 50/100 ($37.50)dollars
on the General Fund.
