the assessment of SamuelW Russell
Ordered that A M Gilman be reduced on
personal property from $4000 to $2735.
Ordered that J Furth be reduced on personal
property from $46,750 to $12,200 account mort-
gages wrongfully assessed.
Ordered that the Council do now adjourn until
Tomorrow at 7:30 o'clock PM
Approved J Furth acting mayor

Be it remembered that on this 10th day of
August 1887 the Common Council of the City of
Seattle meets in its Council Chamber pursuant
to adjournment The following officers are
present to wit: Acting Mayor J Furth and
Councilmen Frink, Moran, NeiszRussell & Reitze
and W R Forrest Clerk. The following proceed-
ings are had to wit:
The Council proceeds with the examination
equalization of the Assessment Roll for 1887
the Following changes are ordered made.
Ordered that Puget Sound Telegraph Company be
reduced on valuation from $680 to $150.
Ordered that F E Sander be reduced on personal
property $8434 acct mortgages wrongfully assessed.
Ordered that a 4 acre tract in Hanford's Donation
