Ordered that Emily M McGilvera be reduced

mortgages wrongfully assessed.
Ordered that J J McGilvera be reduced on personal
property from $1635 to $100.
Ordered that the Council do now adjourn until
Friday August 12th 1887 at 7:30 o'clock PM

Be it remembered that on this 12th day of Aug 1887
the Common Council of the City of Seattle meets
in its Council Chamber pursuant to adjournment
The following officers are present to wit: Acting
Mayor J Furth and Councilmen Frink, Moran,
Neisz,Russell & Reitze and W R Forrest Clerk.
The following proceedings are had to wit:
The Council continues with the examination and equal-
ization of the Assessment Roll for the year 1887
and the Following changes are made.
Ordered that Thomas C Van Nuys be reduced on Block 21
Maynard's
from $9100 t0 $4000.
Ordered that James W Smith be reduced on
personal property {Bijou Theater} from $3000 to $1500
Ordered that D H Gilman be reduced on personal
property $5439.25 acct mortgages improperly assessed.
