Committee Reports Received
Frm Street Committee granting the petition of
Guy C Phinney in so far as to grant said
petitioner permission to build a sidewalk on the
North side of Seneca Street from Front Street to the
alley between Front and Second Streets but making no
report us to grading said street. Adopted.
From Same Committee granting petition of
Alfred Snyder for crossing on 7th Street north
side of Seneca Street. Adopted.
From same Committee granting petition of F E Sander
and others for opening and planking alley in Block 10
Maynard's Plat
provided the expense for doing said
planking be borne by the property owners on said
alley, Adopted.
From same Committee granting petition of Thomas
Webb
and others for a drain and opening Willow
Street
from Depot Street to Thomas Street. Adopted.
From same Committee granting petition of Frederich
Prosch
for a crossing on 4th and Virginia Streets
and also recommending that a crossing be put in
