Ordered that the City Surveyor prepare the necessary data
and submit the same to Mr Geo E Waring to obtain
palns and ascertain the cost of a sewerage system.
Pursuant to the law published notice
The Council now porceeds to examine and equalize the
assessment Rolls for the District established by Ordinance
No 926 for the grading of Lane Street from Eighth Street to
Fourteenth Street, Also for the District established by or-
dinance No 938 for the grading of Virginia Street from West
Street
to Fourth Street and no one appearing to contest the same
and no objection being made to said assessment Rolls or
either of them, on motion the same are approved.
