Report of the Chief of The Fire Department in
the matter of buildings put up within the fire
limits without permission read and on motion of
Councilman Durie the Street Commissioner is ordered to
move or tear down the buildings that have been erected with out per-
mission and that the street Comn'r keep account of the
expense of such work.
