June 3 On motion the Clerk was instructed to confer
with the Board of Public Works regarding
gutters at Kinner Park.

On motion the Rules of the Board were
submitted to the Judiciary with
instructions to revise the same to meet
the requirements of the present Board
and that they report the same at the
next meeting.

Mr. Evans gave notice that at the next
regualr meeting he would move
to amend the rules governing the Board
to read 'That the regular meetings of
Board of Park Commissioners be the First
and Third Wednesday of each month.

The Supt. submitted a report showing the
progress made during the past month.
Also that Mr. Geo. Kinnear offered to the City
the use of Block 17 in Geo. Kinnears addition
with facility for an increase of area if
needed for a period of fifteen years for the
cost of clearing and preparing the ground and
and the payment of taxes thereon for the
latter thirteen years.
On motion report was recieved and ordered filed.

On motion that part of the superintendants
report regarding the offer of Geo. Kinnear
to lease block 17 of Geo. Kinnears addition
to the City of Seattle was refered to the
Judiciary with power to act.
