Then the Franchise was passed as a whole Error and
referred to the City Attorney, for final drawing up,
the said Attorney being instructed to present Mr. F.
H. Osgood with a copy of the same. Also that
the matter be taken up at the next regular
meeting.
By regular motion warrants were ordered drawn
on the Current Expense Fund for the following
bills: "Compton Lumber Co, for street lumber $21,97
" A. H. Hepler, for lamp and nails 4,55
" S. T. Whittington, for street work 4,00
" H. D. McKay, for laying plank walk 9,00
" [Louman??] / Hanford, for receipt blanks 3,50
On motion the Clerk was instructed to make
application for the bonds of Town Officers.
Then Council duly adjourned to meet again
Feb. 20th, 1899, at 7:30. P.M.
