Agreement: Leonard Edwards with J. Bentley, ca. 1935

I agree to build and furnish all building material for J. Bentley house size 25⁴ x 27⁴ including all cement work for the sum of $1650.00 Payments to be made in four (4) payments as the house goes up.

Does not include plumbing heating, painting. electrical work or excavating.
