I agree to build and furnish
all building material for
J. Bentley house size 25⁴ x 27⁴
including all cement work
for the sum of $1650.00 Payments
to be made in four (4)
payments as the house goes up.

Does not include plumbing
heating, painting. electrical work
or excavating.

and lay drainage tile to
suit owner.
