Ther: 59 degrees Clear Wiind N.W.
Tuesday, April 22nd, 1890
Another beautiful day.
Charley planted some seeds
in the garden. Afternoon I
took Harriet and drove over to
Atholwood to call upon "Minnie"
and also called at Thos Lea's.
After supper C drove to Brighton
Grange Hall. Cousin Mary Chandlee
went to Alexandrea. Edwd
Leadbeater having sent a carriage
up from Alexandria for her.
Cousin Hannah went with her
& unfortunately Hallie Bentley's
two eldest children were also
of the party which I fear was
unwise as the long journey was
sufficiently risky for one so
frail as she is.
