Clear & Showers

Ther. 40° Sunday OCT. 14,,th 1894 N.W. Wind

It cleared off again during the
night & this morning it was "showery"
with strong wind from N.W. "Hetty"
Stabler & her son "Louis" called to see
me this morning. I went up to see Jas.
Henderson this morning & found him
much better being dressed & down
stairs, which I fear is imprudent.
Afternoon Sophy & Alcie Peirce were
here for an hour or two. It is much
colder this afternoon & feels like
"fall" weather "sure enough." Edwd
wheeled down a bag of horsefeed from
the mill this morning. After supper I went up
to Henderson's again. Chas Hammond was here for medicine
for his wife. I walked up to P.O. & mailed letters.
