62 [degrees] Clear Cloudy & Rain Variable
Ther. WED.APRIL 26th, 1899 Wind
We had several showers last
night, but was partly clear this
morning. I went to the store &
P.O. & to Fairall's Office about
noon. Afternoon we had an
unusual thunder gust, coming
as it did from the East
& N.E; it was quite severe
whilst it lasted, with heavy
rain & wind. It came up after
our supper, and I was up at
the store, where I staid until
it was over. We may have more
before tomorrow morning.
After supper Mrs Robison
came over & sat awhile. I went
up to Henderson's for eggs.
Henderson's girls & "Tirrell" went
to "Kensington" to a "dance."

53 [degrees] Clear. E & N.E.

Much cooler after the
rain & hail of yesterday's
storm. Edwd went to Sherwood
& to "Bellmont," to fix
the electric bells at Sherwood
& tune a piano at "Bellmont."
After supper we went to Roger
Farqhars "Rock Spring" to a
meeting at the "Phrenaskaia"
going with Benj. Haviland.
I went to the store & P.O. before
and afternoon. Ellen Stabler
was here this morning to see
Dora. The wind has blown up
very raw & chilly this evening
from the East.
