58 [degrees] Clear N.W.& E
Ther. FRI. APRIL 28th, 1899 Wind
Quite cool today. We did
some "clearing up" in the lot
getting ready for the plow.
I went to the store & P.O.
morning & afternoon, also
to Henderson's for the papers.
After dinner Ed. Davis' two
boys came to the office to
have a tooth extracted for
the youngest. After supper
Edwd went to Mrs Ellicott's
with the boys from next door
to play whist. There was
a "graphophone" Exhibition
at the Lyceum this evening.
I went to the P.O. and mailed
a postal card from H to Ellie
Wood after dark. Edwd did
not go to Mrs E's as he expected to
but "attended telephone" for the
folks next door, & let them go.
