whether they should build a Spring house at some
distance from their dwelling, the answers were
a little peculiar & mostly discouraging to the enterprise
under the circumstance, but the general opinion
seemed to be in favor of a Spring house for
everybody during the middle of summer if they desired
good butter and cream.

Will cream make more butter by raising the
temperature from 50o to 60o ?

There was no experience in salting strawberry
