association. The Pacific Improve-
ment Co. was on motion asked to
set apart grounds outside the original
survey for stable purposes.

On motion it was declared closed to be the
judgment of the board that the
interests of the owners of the Grove
and the convenience and comfort of
guests and visitors there would be
subserved by the provision of hot
water baths.

The application of Mr Hoyt to be
permitted to erect a building to be used
as a Carpenter Shop was received
and and on motion was postponed

The Superintendent was on motion
re quested to provide for a better
lighting of the grounds at night
than had hitherto been had.

The President and Secretary were
made a Committee to procure passes
for such persons as are by ar-
rangement with the Rail Road
Co. entitled to them.
