Called meeting December 18, 1903

In Epworth Hall San Francisco the Association met
at 1.30 PM.

Henry French President in the chair.

Rev George Clifford led in prayer.

There were present. Henry French. George Clifford.
W.B. Priddy JW Bryant. A.L. Kellogg. W.W. Case
H.E. Williamson Geo. D. Kellogg. H.B. Heacock.

The minutes of the annual meeting were
read and approved.

At the request of members the secretary read the
agreement between the Pacific Improvement
Company & the Pacific Grove Retreat Association.
After considerable discussion concerning the changed
onditions since the early days of the Association &
the necessity for putting the Bylaws into a brief or
compact form.

Henry French H.B. Heacock & George Clifford
were appointed to revise and codify the same.
Thos Filbeu was requested to cooperate with the
committee.

On motion of H.E. Williamson the committee on
Recreations and amusements was instructed [in]
granting concessions to have it distinctly under-
stood that said concessions were not transferrable, & an
effort to do so would terminate the life of the concession.
After considerable conversation concerning & looking
over the papers relating to organization, reading
deeds re- the Association on motion adjourned.
