It was also resolved to proceed at once
to [cloth] and paper the rooms in the
Lodging houses. D. Jacks to furnish ma-
terial and P. Peterson to manage the work.

D. Jacks was authorized to have the follow-
ing named rooms whitewashed. The sitting
room. Dining Room. Chapel or Lodging
room. No 6, also the front of all the
buildings.

Four windows two on each side were
ordered placed in the Chapel building.
Certain changes agreed upon were or-
dered made in Ladies retiring room.

Executive Committee met at San
Francisco March 26th at the office of the
President. Present Gibson McElroy & Jewell

A proposition was received from
Mr. [blank] of Salinas to lease the Dining
Hall at the Grove for a rental of $50 per
month for the time advertised as the
Camp Meeting term for the coming sea-
son. Said [blank] to provide for the
kitchen a good and sufficient Range for
cooking purposes, and also to furnish
crockery and knives for his own use
Said [blank] is to have privilege of selling
