chosen to have charge of advertising
the meeting.

Form of Deed
A form of Deed was submitted by
D. Jacks, and was read and consider-
ed.

On motion it was ordered that
the 4th condition (viz, that referring
to the erection of dwellings and the
maintenance of the same by purchasers
on lots bought of the Association
be stricken from the form of Deed.

On motion the Form of Deed was referred
to D. Jacks for final settlement and adjustment
of terms and conditions subject to approval
of Association.

The Supt J. W. Ross made statements
concerning his health and disability since
16th of December last and by his suggestion
he was allowed to pay the salary of Mr. Hop-
kins as assistant from the above date to the
present time, from his own salary. of one
hundred per month.

The resignation of G. F. Baker Director
was received and on motion was ac-
cepted.
