le monde et quil les y mist et dona de telle nature
quil les ordonna aler alentour du monde contre

and inquiring into the things that may come to pass
on earth by the work of right Nature as expressed
in the world. The heavens and the stars are the true instruments
of Nature in the world, through which she works just as
God wants, from both near and far. And whoever
knows how to recognize her power has knowledge
of all that is said of the stars that are in
heaven, that have their intrinsic qualities on earth that God has given
to each of them and also to the moon and the sun, which
cause brightness for the world, without which nothing
can live. For by them all
things in this world are destroyed and come into being, with the All Powerful
agreeing to and allowing everything that has an end and a beginning.
All the differences in people -- differences
of aspect and emotion -- and all the things that come
by nature, whether in herbs, or plants, or beasts,
come from the heavenly virtue that God
gave to the stars when He first created the
world. He caused them to be of such a nature
that at His command they go around the world against
the turning of the firmament. And by their quality of turning
