have many beging [sic] letters
but this an exceptionly case.
We few ladies have done &
are doing everything & in
every way trying to pay
off a thousand dollars debt
on our congreation church
and have been oblige to
solicit some, that are
willing to give for charitable
work and indeed this
would be charity as we
do so much need help.
