Dear Madam:

I beg to enclose bill
covering lumber required in replacing partitions in
Menlo Kindergarten Building : this covers all expense
thereto,

In your interest I would again call your attention to
one Mrs Luke Murtha located in your house and field
adjacent to Mayfield. With due consideration for her circumstances
as a Widow whose husband was formerly an Employe here, I
submit the following: She bought & now owns a little home
off of Main Road very close to where she now lives, paid $800.
for it and gets a monthly rental for it. She has had a stock lot
which have been a continued nuisance to us pasturing on our
field. She has money outside of the $800. paid for her home
represented from reliable sources as amounting to at least
$2,000.00. Under the present intentions and per your wish, we
want to rent or lease all available land so that a revenue
may be coming in; should this field in which this house stands
