be rented the party would certainly need the house for his
use in caring for his stock etc. There is also a
family living in a small house of yours on South East
corner of same field who should either pay for such privilege
or vacate. It has been told me that this party is fairly
well off in this world's good. That issue however,
is immaterial if these houses are at all fit to live in
they are certainly worth exacting some consideration for.
Let some income be derived from every available source and
in the aggregate it counts up in the end. Besides, an
unlimited possession of a piece of property in the absence
of a consideration through rental or Lease, gives ultimate
possession thereof and in some instances requires ejectment
attended by annoyance and trouble.
