Lathrop as manager of said office, and treasurer of and business manager for the Board of Trustees, he to receive annually the salery of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) each year, and I trust for my sake my dear brother will be willing to retain the position and accept the compensation and as long as my friend Russell J. Wilson is required to remain as Director in the Board of the Southern Pacific Rail Road, I desire he shall receive the salery of Eight Thousand ($8,000) yearly for his valuable services.
