On this twenty sixth day of April in the year
of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty four before
me Peter SInger a Nortary Public in and for said county personally
appeared D.B. Smith Known to me to be the person whose name
is subscribed to the written instrumental and he acknowledged to me
that he executed the same. Aslo on the same day personally appeared
Mrs. Lydia Ragsadle and Mrs. Mary Karchner known to me to be the persons
whose names are subscribed to be the written instrument described as married
women; and upon an examination without the having of their husbands.
I made them acquainted with the contents of the instrument and
these upon they acknowledged to me that they executed the same and that
they do not wish to retract such execution.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my official seal. The day and year in this
certificate first above written.
