Dear Friend Wiltsy,

I have been collecting a great
many stamps to show you when I get home.
I must not forget to tell you of my pet
roadster, my bicycle; every Saturday that is a
pleasant day. I go out on the boulevard and
ride. The boys here have formed a bicycle
club and I am one of the number; we have
eight bicycles in the club, and have a
captain, bugler, and secretary; we have
badges made of ten cent pieces with the initials
of the club A. Bi. C. engraved in them,
very much like the one you gave to me.

I had a dog given me on Christmas.
I call her Cootsey, like the name
in that book I gave you; and she is a
rowdy to be sure, the other day she ate
up my pigeons.

There is some snow on the ground
but not enough for sleighing.
