TS MAIN started "punch test"
the paper tape punch to start for no obvious
reason. It is sitting in a loop just above
location 2000. It seems reasonable to
believe that bit 25 came on in the PC.

Took machine for energy maint

Ran SYSTEM with BLT, VINS4, VINS5
checked + 10 V MARGINS on CP 2D, 2E
2H, 2J, 2K all were at least 7.5 V HIGH & LOW

Ran TS MAIN and checked -15 margins'

2K	5	5

saw no real errors.
