[right side page] December 1 1930 Mon. Back on the Farm only one class to-day Prof. Guerard gave us a cut. My voice is so hoase I can hardly talk and if I cough much more it will be to sore to swallow. 1931 Tues. Wont be long till this quarter is over. The time surely has flown. I have a cold (as last year at this time) but am just about over it. Studied till 10:31 turning in. 1932 Thurs. Classes this morning. Rushing at [noon?] tonight. (How I hate it) Finish outline for final speech in [extemp?] Both [dis?] tomorrow. Turning in 12. 1933 Fri. up late. Took "Ef" & [Mom?] to R.A. this P.M. Louise & I spent afternoon sitting in car. Cora [has?] ate & turned in rather tired but [H?] [illegible] [illegible] pooped. 1934 Got up at 6. got mule for cultivating pen from [illegible] I [illegible] all [illegible] getting [cultivator?] set. This afternoon [illegible] it [illegible] [tries?]. pretty tired. [illegible] the [Joe?] & I went to a plow pretty good. Afterward Joe & I set up till 11:30 figuring etc turning in [illegible] [illegible].
