Monica Morales (BLACK student) wants a Third World column in (Elena Rios) newspaper. Wants a couple of Chicanoz to help out. La Onda should have third world column (opinion) By next year we can possibly have a third world newspaper. --> positive feelings

Elena Rios needs a letter of support for project motivation from MEChA to get funding. certain wants + guidelines (list available) good points involved? and how? by next Tues.
