So I went in to meeting with Bill for review just planning on postponing negotiation of compensation until we know what product PF is supposed to be.

In short there are reasons why I want more money, but there is no way to get more from Bill without a real bidding process. Right: me bidding for me vs MSoft. I can use time off

$7k Raise (not bad) OK for long term? Yes. I don't need more cash. This just updates $68k.

No change to stock.

Bill says I'm highest paid programmer, and close to having the most stock options. He said I won't be getting much more raises, but bonuses yes.

He didn't object to my using guys from multitools to help on PF. That would be great + would help to create product line. And I won't have to hold their purse strings or be there all the time. But I must lead to b e able to plan follow on PDTS.

I'm satisfied with $$ I suppose. But I'm not getting rich off this stock. Do I need it?? Yes. In '76, did I need it?? No
