4. I shall live off campus in an apartment, a home - with my wife. I should appreciate some sort of housing bureau; which could help me find such form of housing. I know many of other returning vets would also appreciate such a service.
5. As for other extra-curricular activities - I think that should be answered when we return - and see what facilities are at hand. However - I do think that more time should be spent on sports, of all kinds; because they tend to give a person a feeling of teamwork - and thats' what counts in the post-war world.

Changing the subject - I don't think it will be too long until many of us are back at Stanford; and can carry on in the "best Stanford manner". Speacking of the " best Stanford manner, brings me back to the war. I most emphatically think that more pride should be taken in observing the rules and traditions of Stanford - in the same manner as we now observe the traditions of the service. I was back on the campus, after a great deal of us had departed and noticed a [lapity?] in observing many of the best Stanford traditions. Imparticular - the cheerful "hello".
