Terms say £6 per Calender month this would be at a rate of not quite 30/- per week but in Considerations of any being permanent and as it was but partial (underlined) boarder, and [indecipherable] my having to pay my Laundress perhaps, the above terms of Six Pounds per month will be considered satisfactory.
