1733 Washing to be done out of the house, by my own laundres, and to be paid for by me as returned without trouble to the family. Terms say £6 per Calender month this would be at a rate of not quite 30/- per week but in Considerations of any being permanent and as it was but partial (underlined) boarder, and [indecipherable] my having to pay my Laundress perhaps, the above terms of Six Pounds per month will be considered satisfactory. It will be my pleasure to come whenever you may think you can make room for me - and it is my desire if, if possible, to get settled in my new Home, before the end of the Current year.
