thereof And in the event of the death of any of the said
Children of the said Thomas Hassall before he she or
they shall become entitled to receive his her or their proportion
of the said principal sum as aforesaid  In trust to pay the
proportion or proportions of the said Child or Children together
with the proportion of Interest and Accumulations thereof
respectively to such person or persons as would be entitled
thereto under the Statute of distributions and in the same
proportions as if the same became vested in them under
that Statute PROVIDED ALWAYS and it is hereby expressly
declared and agreed that the said John Campbell and
Robert Campbell the Younger and the Survivor of them
his Executors Administrators and Assigns shall in case
they deem it expedient so to do but not otherwise pay and
apply the interest of the said several proportions of the said
principal sum so granted as aforesaid or so much of the said
Interest as they or he shall think proper in and towards the
maintenance and education of the said Children or any of
them Respectively according to the amount of their respective
proportions of the said principal sum of one thousand one
hundred and nineteen pounds [inserted] five shillings and five pence farthing , Provided also and it is
hereby declared and agreed by and between the said several
parties hereto that it shall and may be lawful for the said

John Campbell and Robert Campbell the Younger and the
survivor of them his Executors Administrators or Assigns to apply
all or any part of the proportion of the said principal sum and
the interest and accumulations thereof to which each of the said
Male Children shall be entitled under these presents in and towards
the advancement in life of such Male Child either by placing him
in some trade business or profession or otherwise at the discretion of
the said John Campbell and Robert Campbell or of the Survivor of
them his Executors Administrators and Assigns AND it is hereby
declared that it shall be lawful for the said Thomas
Hassall during his life with the consent of His Excellency
the Governor of the said Colony for the time being and after the
death of the said Thomas Hassall for the  trustees or Trustee for
the time being his Executors or Administrators when and as often
as they shall think fit with the like consent to appoint a Trustee
or Trustees in the place of the Trustees hereby appointed or of
any deceased absent incapacitated or resigning Trustees or Trustee
and on every such appointment the trust Estates or Funds
shall be vested jointly in the new and remaining old Trustees
or solely in the new trustees or trustee upon the trusts of these
presents AND that all the powers and discretions given to
the respective trustees hereby appointed shall be enjoyed by
the new [inserted] trustee or trustees and by a surviving trustee his Executors
