SUN. JAN. 16, 1910 Went to hear Emma Goldman in Hod carriers' Hall in afternoon. After Supper took Miss Boe & Mrs Flury to hear Ragna Linni [Linné] sing in West Pk. No.1.

MONDAY 17 40º-32º Miss Hunt called me up & we lunched at Field's & then went to stores, office & Inland Printing Co.

TUESDAY 18 Office meeting at office. Lunched with Miss S. Olive & I went to Ladies' Tailors on S. Clark. Dined with Miss Phelps. Mr McInay came in after.

WED. JAN. 19, 1910 40º - 18º Went with Mr & Mrs Lloyd to hear La Boheme in Auditorium in afternoon Alice Nielson [Nielsen] - prima donna. Previous to this spent an hour in Art Museum.

THURSDAY 20 Went to 12 Clark St after lunch & Olive met me there & we went to the office. Miss H. & I went out to afternoon tea.

FRIDAY 21 At 19 E. Indiana St Miss H. came in after dinner & we went to call on Miss Phelps

SAT. JAN.22, 1910 27º - 18º Went to office after lunch and joined Mrs Hodge's party to the Matinee of "Madam B". Neilson [Alice Nielsen] in the part. Of course Miss Henry kept us late getting in.

SUNDAY 23 31º 22º Worked at 12 E. Indiana all day. Wrote letters for Australian mail.

MONDAY 24 Went to office & thence with Olive to Striking Tailors & then back again, to 12 E. Indiana St.

TUES. JAN. 25, 1910 In morning Miss H. & I called on Mr Ickes & Ladies Tailors. Then Lunched & Miss S. & I went to Judge Walker's court 148 Finch. to hear case against picketers

WEDNESDAY 26 46º 33 Olive & I attended court till 17.30 Lunched down town. Made sandwiches at Robins. Ran Party to Ladies Tailors at 70 Adams St.

THURSDAY 27 37 - 32 Went to Robins for Lunch. Mr R. home. Olive & I wrote some letters & called on Striking Tailors. After dinner went to reception at Hull Hse. to see Haag's sculpture.

FRI. JAN. 28, 1910 Stayed at 12 E. Indiana St. all day. Very exhausted had to go to bed all afternoon. The meals simply uneatable. Mrs. Nourse came in to practice after dinner.

SATURDAY 29 23° 34° Went to office in forenoon. Olive, Miss H & I lunched. In evening went to meeting of Socialist women 180 Washington St. (piano tuned)

SUNDAY 30 30° 24° In the afternoon went to hear Tetrazzini in Auditorium Supreme delight. After supper went with Mrs Flury to Orchestra Hall. Bishop of Chicago preached
